Fair Use Policy

All subscription plans include usage subject to this Fair Use policy. Below is a rule-of-thumb for determining which projects fall within our definition of "Fair Use" and which do not. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. 

Usage Guidelines

We have no limits on the number of features or experiments you create in the GrowthBook platform. Furthermore we do not have any limits on the amount of traffic you get per month (MTU/MAU). We do, however, have soft limits on the number of CDN requests you make to our servers per month. As a guideline for our community, we expect most users to fall within the below ranges for each plan. We will notify you if your usage is an outlier. Our goal is to be as permissive as possible while not allowing an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure. Where possible, we'll reach out to you ahead of any action we take to address unreasonable usage and work with you to correct it.

Typical Monthly Usage Guidelines for Free and Pro Plans

Organizations on Free plans are expected to use up to 1 million CDN requests and consume up to 5GB of CDN bandwidth.

Organizations on Pro plans are expected to use up to 2 million CDN requests and consume up to 20GB of CDN bandwidth.

Usage at or below these thresholds are considered included for free as part of our Cloud plans. Organizations on a Pro plan can pay for additional usage beyond these limits.

Enterprise plans have custom usage limits. Please see your contract, and if you have any questions, please contact us.
